Are you driven by results and passionate about cars? At AZ Curaçao, we are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor who knows how to connect with customers and turn interest into confident decisions.

As the official dealer of Renault and BAIC, we offer a modern and growing range of vehicles. You will be part of a dynamic team where customer experience, professionalism, and performance come together. 

  • Advising customers on Renault & BAIC models based on their needs
  • Guiding customers through the full sales process, from first contact to delivery
  • Organizing and conducting test drives
  • Following up on leads and maintaining customer relationships
  • Preparing quotations and closing sales agreements
  • Ensuring a professional and attractive showroom presentation
  • Working closely with the after-sales and management team

What We Ask

  • MBO working and thinking level (or similar)
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales (automotive is a plus)
  • Strong commercial mindset and result-driven attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and well-presented
  • Fluent in Papiamentu, Dutch, and English
  • Driving license B
